2010 Woman's Development Clinics- no clinic on July 18th. Next clinic- July 25!

The Marymoor Velodrome Association is proud to announce a woman's development focus for the 2010 track season. A total of eight training sessions will be held on various Sunday afternoons throughout the summer, designed to give women a foundation on which to become a successful track racer. These sessions are designed for women of all levels - from beginner to expert racers. Each session will have a proper warm up and move onto specific drills - from standing starts to flying 200m, from team pursuit to Madison practice. Read more...
